Nothing to see here

I am new to the blogging world so this will be short & sweet just so I can get a feel for what I'm doing.  I do have many things to add in the near future but I have to test the waters and learn a thing or two about this blogging website before I can officially publish my first "real" post.  Consider this a "faux"post.
